The hotel has a superb and great location, just a short walk to the centre of Oia, which means that you can easily enjoy the bustling town and still have a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood to unwind in. One of the highlights of the hotel is definitely the spectacular view from the room and every part of the hotel, offering stunning views to the Caldera. Moreover, the hotel is very well located just next to everything you need to see in Oia and the proximity to the beautiful town is simply excellent. You can easily walk into town and there's even a conveniently located supermarket, post box and a fancy bar with superb panoramic view close by. The reception is also recommended for providing great advice on activities and restaurants on the island. All in all, Hom Santorini is a top locatie with easy access from the road and the perfect location just on the outskirts of Oia.

Many guests praised the superb people skills of the staff with special mention of Thomas and his team at the bar and reception. The staff was polite, professional and very responsive to all requests. Guests also appreciated the staff's willingness to set up reservations for dinners, cab/transportation and arrange excursions for them. Although one guest found the host unprofessional, that did not take away from the fact that the staff exceeded expectations. The staff member's warm welcome and professionalism made non-native speakers feel at ease. The hotel staff was especially charming, knowledgeable and welcoming, making guests feel right at home.
