The hotel is conveniently located close to the Old San Juan, which can be accessed via the hotel's circular bus service. However, it would be better if the bus ran more punctually. Some guests felt that the hotel was overpriced for the amenities offered, but overall, the location, facilities and services make this a great stay. The only downside for some guests was the lack of dining options and activities for guests.
