The facilities are very good and overall guests have had a very pleasant stay. However, some guests have commented that the breakfast buffet was too simple for a 4-star hotel and that there was no option to eat a la carte. Some guests also found the surprise menu to be just okay and not exceptional. Finally, one guest found the service lacking as they had to ask for a shaded table despite many being available. Despite these issues, most guests were very happy with their stay at this charming hotel.
