Guests frequently praise the resort's easy access to a clean, inviting beach and the conveniences of nearby restaurants and shops. The resort’s tranquil and beautifully maintained surroundings, including an impressive pool area, further enhance the relaxation experience.
The breakfast offerings at the resort receive positive feedback with guests enjoying a variety of tasty, fresh dishes served in a scenic beachfront setting. Traditional Egyptian options alongside continental and Western foods, especially the omelettes by Chef Mohammed, add to the appeal. Although there are occasional remarks about limited choices, most guests find the breakfast satisfying and the setting delightful.
Dinner at the resort is also well-received with many guests praising the delicious seafood and Western dishes like pizza. The quality of service in the restaurants and the generous portions contribute to a pleasant dining experience, though some note repetition in the buffet choices and occasional issues with food freshness and payment at checkout.
Rooms at the resort garner mixed reviews. Many guests appreciate the spacious, modern and clean accommodations, especially in the recently renovated sections. The Royal and Deluxe suites stand out for their luxury and comfort. However, some guests report issues with outdated decor, malfunctioning amenities and cleanliness problems, indicating a need for more consistent maintenance and housekeeping standards.
Regarding cleanliness, the resort is often commended for its general upkeep, particularly in the beach and pool areas, which contribute to the serene atmosphere. However, there are scattered reports of dirty facilities and specific cleanliness issues that detract from the otherwise positive experience.
The staff at Paradise Inn Beach Resort receive high praise for their professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness, making guests feel well-cared for throughout their stay. Receptionists and housekeeping staff are especially noted for their exceptional service, though there are occasional mentions of less helpful behavior from some reception staff.

The resort's beach is frequently highlighted for its pristine condition, cleanliness and tranquility, creating an ideal spot for relaxation. The beachfront restaurant and café further enhance the beach experience with friendly service.
Parking receives mixed feedback with some guests appreciating the availability but noting the small, poorly maintained lot and additional fees as inconveniences. For family stays, the resort's children's pools and family-friendly environment are appreciated, though there are mentions of needed improvements in baby amenities and payment processes.
