Despite some guests finding the hotel outdated, old and tired with a weird design, the overall experience has been nice. Rooms are small and there's no breakfast offered, but the staff is friendly and helpful. Some guests had trouble sleeping due to outside noise and hard beds, but the hotel's location on the busy Lombard street was a good starting point to explore San Francisco. The plugs were old-fashioned, which caused inconvenience to some guests and there was a tragic accident in the room, which management did nothing to help with. The hotel has some drawbacks, but despite this, guests are fairly satisfied with their stay at Cow Hollow Inn and Suites.
