Although, if you're in search of a quiet pool experience, you might want to consider other options as the pool area is very entertainment and activity-focused with music blasting almost all day. However, you can always count on the professionalism of the staff, especially Mr. Rafik and Mr. Kacem. One thing to keep in mind is that there are no elevators to reach the pool area, which is located on the second floor. Sun loungers by the pool can sometimes be a bit scarce, but overall, guests have enjoyed their time at the pool area. The only downside some guests have found is that the beach area wasn't always cleaned thoroughly.
