ZANA Lakeview Resort, nestled along the shores of Udai Sagar Lake, is celebrated for its breathtaking and picturesque location, offering guests a peaceful retreat from urban life. The resort is often praised for its stunning views, with rooms providing remarkable vistas of the lake, contributing to a serene and tranquil ambiance. Despite its seclusion, it remains accessible, being a short drive from the airport and city center.
Guests consistently commend the resort's luxurious and spacious rooms, which are modern, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary amenities. The cleanliness and hygiene of both rooms and the overall property are frequently highlighted, enhancing the comfort and relaxation of guests. Visitors appreciate the inviting and well-kept surroundings, even though there have been occasional remarks on the timeliness of housekeeping services.
The resort's staff receive high praise for their warm hospitality and attentiveness, contributing significantly to the welcoming atmosphere that ZANA Lakeview Resort is known for. Guests frequently mention the courteous and helpful nature of the staff, with personalized care from individuals like the manager, Om, and team members Krishna and Mohit, underscoring a commitment to excellent service. While some guests have noted minor inconsistencies, the overall sentiment towards the staff remains overwhelmingly positive.
Dining at the resort offers a mixed but generally favorable experience, with breakfast receiving commendations for its taste, variety, and cleanliness, despite some suggestions for a broader menu. Dinner experiences are often highlighted for their superb quality, though there are occasional comments on the need for refinement in taste and pricing.
The resort's infinity pool is a standout feature, providing guests with stunning views of the mountains and lake, and often considered the highlight of their stay despite some concerns over water cleanliness. While the resort may not offer every amenity associated with a five-star property, its luxurious setting, attentive staff, and scenic locale create an overall exceptional holiday destination for travelers seeking tranquility and natural beauty.
