Résidence Odalys Le Mas des Vignes is a charming and tranquil retreat praised for its serene setting amidst lush pine groves and strategic location near popular attractions. Guests appreciate its peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxation, while still being conveniently close to destinations like Grau du Roi and Nîmes. The presence of nearby restaurants adds to its appeal, though a vehicle is recommended for exploring the surrounding areas.
The accommodations at Résidence Odalys Le Mas des Vignes are spacious and well-equipped, making them suitable for families, with room for up to six people. Guests frequently mention the comfort of the two-bedroom setup and find the description of the accommodations reliable. The responsive and pleasant staff enhance the overall experience, contributing positively despite some concerns with aging furniture and cleanliness issues in certain accommodations.
Cleanliness receives mixed reviews. While many guests note the remarkable upkeep of some areas, particularly the bathrooms, there are reports of dirty pools and apartments upon arrival. Notwithstanding these concerns, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The staff's efficiency and warm demeanor make guests feel comfortable, ensuring an enjoyable and seamless stay.
The pool area is a highlight of the residence, especially during the low season when it is less crowded. Families appreciate the pleasant outdoor ambiance and children's games, creating a family-friendly environment. While the pool is generally well-maintained, some guests mention occasional cleanliness issues and pool closures, but the heated feature and inviting setting maintain its popularity.
Overall, Résidence Odalys Le Mas des Vignes offers a peaceful and enjoyable stay with its beautiful setting, spacious accommodations, and outstanding staff service, though some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance could enhance the experience further.
