Though it is slightly further from the center of Marrakech, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service to the old city. Guests had a great time enjoying the facilities including the aquapark, heated pool, football Astro and spa. The breakfast buffet was highly rated and appreciated by guests with a large choice, variety and fresh ingredients available. The dinner experience was mixed, but the Moroccan cuisine at Le Fes restaurant was highly recommended. The spacious, well-maintained rooms were praised with a comfortable and enjoyable stay being had by most. The staff was exceptional with many going above and beyond to make guests' stays special. Though the spa received mixed reviews, the water park was a huge hit with guests of all ages. The hotel caters to families, providing specially tailored programs for children and a kid-friendly staff and food. All-inclusive options were available with good value for money, though some drinks were not included.
