The rooftop swimming pool at Saffron Hotel and Lounges offers a mix of positive and negative experiences. Many guests appreciated the pool, describing it as beautiful, nice and calm, providing great views of the mountains. The rooftop location was particularly praised, giving a unique vantage point and a sense of tranquility. Some commented on the convenient hours from 6am to 10pm, allowing ample time for relaxation.
However, numerous reviews highlighted considerable maintenance issues. Guests reported that the pool often had cloudy water and debris and some found it dirty or poorly maintained. Specific mentions of the pool being closed for maintenance were common and this intermittent availability disappointed many. Additionally, there were remarks about cold water and an unpleasant smell, indicating that upkeep could be significantly improved.
Despite these issues, when the pool was in good condition, it was seen as a valuable amenity, especially for its serene atmosphere and aesthetic appeal. The gym was occasionally mentioned alongside the pool, suggesting a combined appeal for fitness amenities. However, the need for better maintenance and cleanliness of the pool area was a recurrent theme among guests.

ROZANA HOTEL offers a pool experience that, while mixed in size and temperature reviews, has some notable qualities. The indoor pool is available to guests and is described as calm and beautiful, adding a touch of tranquility to one's stay. However, the pool is generally noted to be small with some guests finding it too cramped. Despite its limited size, the indoor aspect provides a decent-sized swimming area for those looking to enjoy a quieter swim away from the elements. There have been comments suggesting that relocating the pool and jacuzzi to the rooftop could greatly enhance the experience. While some guests mentioned that the pool was not warm enough and at times even dirty, overall, the availability of the indoor pool adds an additional amenity for relaxation.
