The property is kept in wonderful condition, ensuring a five-star experience for all guests. It's an expensive property with luxury rates, but it's definitely worth the price. The iconic building is simply breathtaking and guests are sure to feel like royalty during their stay. The facilities are fantastic and the lovely champagne adds an extra touch of luxury. However, despite the high price, some guests were disappointed with the lack of restaurant availability and other luxuries, which they expected from such an expensive hotel. Nonetheless, overall, this was a fantastic hotel and for some guests, it was hands down the nicest hotel they have ever stayed in.
