Although it is a shared facility with a local club, the hotel managed to keep a few chairs reserved for hotel guests. The pool area provides nice facilities and lots of chairs with amazing views of the Bay Area. Some guests have mentioned that the pool can get overly busy and crowded, especially with local club members, leading to limited access and some unpleasantries. However, overall, the pool was a highlight of the hotel, making it a great place to spend time with family and get some sun. Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, the pool was restricted to a small section and limited time, leading to some disappointment among guests. Nonetheless, the beautiful surroundings, exceptional pool and helpful staff have compensated for the reduced services due to the pandemic.
