The hotel staff's efforts have not gone unnoticed as they have provided us with superb service. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional and we can't wait to come back. The hotel is at the height of a 5-star rating and it's truly a palace that lives up to the magic of Zermatt and the surrounding region.

Despite being a 5-star hotel, guests agree that the spa area could be slightly larger. However, this is just a minor critique in what can only be described as a 4-day dream stay amid the darkness of this year. Our room costs may seem steep, but for what we got, it was worth it.

Overall, if you're looking for the best, Grand Hotel Zermatterhof is the place to be. Their exceptional facilities, superb service and comfortable rooms all add up to a fantastic stay. A big thank you to the staff, who made our weekend excellent!
