Hotel Sercotel Plana Parc has earned commendable reviews for its strategic and convenient location, particularly advantageous for travelers on long journeys or business trips. Positioned near major highways like AP-7, it provides easy access and ample parking, offering a secluded and peaceful environment ideal for rest, though it may be less suited for city exploration.
The breakfast offerings at Hotel Sercotel Plana Parc are generally lauded with guests appreciating both the quality and variety despite some limitations due to COVID-19 restrictions and occasional concerns over price. Likewise, the dinner service receives high praise for its value, diverse menu and delicious cuisine, particularly noted for the €15 all-inclusive menu. However, some feedback suggests occasional lapses in service speed and food quality.
Rooms are highlighted as spacious, modern and very clean, offering a comfortable stay with functional amenities, though a few guests were less satisfied with the layout and noise levels. The beds, in particular, are often described as super comfortable, contributing significantly to guests' restful nights.
Cleanliness is a standout feature at Hotel Sercotel Plana Parc with consistently positive remarks on the spotless state of rooms and common areas. The staff at the hotel is frequently commended for their friendliness, professionalism and willingness to assist, enhancing the overall guest experience.
While the complimentary Wi-Fi is appreciated, some guests experienced connectivity issues and limited access in certain areas of the hotel. The gym, though convenient with 24-hour access, is noted for needing significant upgrades and maintenance.
Parking is ample and varied with options ranging from secure underground spaces to free street parking, generally ensuring ease for guests. Families find the hotel accommodating and budget-friendly with child-friendly facilities contributing to a positive stay despite occasional noise from other guests.
As a three-star establishment, Hotel Sercotel Plana Parc often surpasses expectations with its quality and amenities, sometimes rivalling those of higher-rated hotels.
