The outdoor pool and private beach are gorgeous with great snorkeling opportunities and fantastic amenities. Ti Kaye Resort & Spa is the perfect romantic getaway, offering a sense of serenity and seclusion that is perfect for a honeymoon or any special time in St Lucia.

Ti Kaye Resort & Spa boasts a stunning and secluded location on the West Coast of St. Lucia, overlooking a beautiful bay with world-class snorkeling and diving right on its doorstep. Surrounded by natural beauty and stunning ocean views, guests can enjoy a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere with private residences, a lovely pool area and a beautiful beach with no other hotels or development nearby. The resort's strong environmental attitude adds to the paradise-like setting, although the access road can be bumpy and noisy tour boats can sometimes disturb the tranquility. However, overall, Ti Kaye Resort & Spa offers guests a fantastic location for a romantic honeymoon or a relaxing getaway with breathtaking views and a secluded world to explore.

Breakfast

If you're a fan of breakfast, you won't be disappointed at Ti Kaye Resort & Spa. With a different menu each day, there's lots of variety to choose from and the friendly staff make sure you're well taken care of. The continental breakfast is both generous and healthy and is included in your stay. For those with dietary restrictions, there are vegan options available on special meal nights. While some guests who preferred hot food weren't pleased that they had to pay extra, the food options were great overall and visitors enjoyed the breakfast. Additionally, many appreciated the birds that visited during breakfast time, adding a unique touch. However, a few guests were underwhelmed by the continental breakfast and would have preferred more variety. It's also worth noting that few guests had issues with room service breakfast being cold or finding birds taking an interest in their food.

The exceptional wine list is impressive too. Additionally, guests loved the seafood tasting menu and the pork. However, there were some criticisms of the dinner service with long waits for food and orders forgotten. Despite some minor issues, the food was excellent and the staff were described as friendly and helpful.

Rooms

Ti Kaye Resort & Spa is a well-planned out resort located on a hillside with cottages that are fantastic and offer large front porches and sea views. Guests loved the spacious and cool rooms, complete with balconies, hammocks and outdoor showers. Many rooms also had a huge veranda overlooking the sea and bay and some even had plunge pools. The overall aesthetic of the rooms was loved by guests and the maid service was brilliant. While some guests noted that the rooms could have been cleaner, they still enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room with all the necessary facilities. All the rooms have sea views and the outdoor showers and verandas were stunning. Overall, Ti Kaye Resort & Spa has amazing rooms in a beautiful location with uninterrupted views of the ocean and bay.

Cleanliness

The gardens are beautifully maintained and filled with stunning plants and flowers that add to the resort's charm. Their covid precautions are impressive, leaving guests feeling secure throughout their stay. The maid service is amazing and the friendly staff makes sure that everything is tidy and clean. The resort exudes a quiet and serene vibe, making it an ideal getaway spot. However, some guests mentioned that their rooms could have been cleaner with reports of cockroaches and dead rats outside the shower area. Despite these issues, guests have praised the resort's exceptional cleanliness and comfortable ambiance.

Staff

Ti Kaye Resort & Spa boasts exceptional staff who are always eager to assist their guests with whatever they may need. The pleasant and welcoming team, including Giovanni, Rose, Tressa and Shayne, provide outstanding service and have phenomenal attention to details. The resort's housekeeping, restaurant and front desk staff, including Lita, Lisa, Catherine, Rocoanne, Rohan, Sheffield and Genieve, all contribute to creating a friendly and accommodating atmosphere. The staff's kindness, friendliness and customer service are unbeatable and they go above and beyond to anticipate the needs of their guests. Though there were a few exceptions, such as some abrupt staff in the morning and staff who needed more coordination, the overwhelming majority of guests had an outstanding experience with Ti Kaye's brilliant and exceptional staff.

Pool

Ti Kaye Resort & Spa boasts gorgeous dining areas and a stunning outdoor pool that guests couldn't resist spending time at. The warm pool came as a great surprise and guests raved about the fabulous amenities at the beach and the outdoor shower. While the plunge pool wasn't always warm, guests could still enjoy a dip in their private pool or the lovely main pool overlooking the sea. The perfect water temperature made for enjoyable swimming, snorkelling, paddle boarding and kayaking. Whether relaxing on beach or pool loungers, guests loved the fantastic set up and views. However, it's worth noting that there was no water provided at the pool.

Beach

Ti Kaye Resort & Spa boasts an excellent, stunning and gorgeous private beach with great snorkeling opportunities. Guests can spend lots of time relaxing on the beach or engaging in water sports activities such as snorkeling, just walk off the beach into the sea. Despite the daily tourist boats on the beach during the day or loud cruise ship party boats blowing their horns as they approach the beach in the cove, snorkeling is fantastic and the beach remains a fantastic location for activities. The sunbed area at the beach is reported to be untidy but, overall, it's a lovely beach with good snorkeling and guests don't mind taking the shuttle or the 160 steps to get there. The beach bar serves pizzas and guests appreciate the convenience of being able to go through the restaurant to get to the beach. Those who encountered noisy tour boats note that the tranquility of the lovely beach is disrupted. Ultimately, the beautiful property tucked in the cliff side beside gorgeous Anse Cochon bay is a great place to stay for those seeking an amazing beach with activities.
