Laghetto Resort Golden Oficial delivers a mixed but predominantly positive experience for guests looking for a five-star stay. The hotel is praised for its exceptional service, friendly staff and top-notch accommodations. Guests note that the resort excels in organization, cleanliness and facility maintenance, making it a comfortable and well-structured place to stay.
The hotel offers comprehensive facilities and a spacious environment, especially suited for families with its complete areas for children. New and clean, it stands out as one of the best resorts in Gramado. The atmosphere is appealing, characterized by efficiency, politeness and great sympathy from the staff.
However, some aspects do fall short of five-star expectations. Guests have pointed out that the food quality and certain services do not always meet the high standards expected of a five-star rating. While the breakfast is varied, there are mixed reviews about the overall food quality. Some guests have also mentioned that the restaurant's service procedures and food do not align with five-star norms.
Despite these shortcomings, the resort is still regarded as having a fantastic service overall with only minor adjustments needed to fully align with five-star standards. The structure and facilities are commended, marking Laghetto Resort Golden Oficial as a solid choice with an excellent cost-benefit ratio, especially considering its newness and cleanliness.

At Wyndham Gramado Termas Resort & Spa, guests often find themselves with high expectations given the hotel's five-star rating. While many reviewers appreciate the overall structure and quality service provided by the resort, numerous comments suggest it falls short of true five-star standards. Issues frequently mentioned include limited amenities, disappointing parking and restaurant services and some guests feel the claim of five-star luxury does not hold up, particularly in terms of the finer details like toilet paper quality and the presence of staff.
Despite these criticisms, some guests have enjoyed their stays, noting the excellent service and receiving upgrades that made their experience more enjoyable. However, the consensus indicates a gap between the advertised five-star luxury and the actual experience with many suggesting the resort feels more in line with a four-star rating.
Families seem to find the resort appealing, highlighting its popularity and the presence of children, which perhaps adds to a more lively and bustling atmosphere. Nonetheless, the expectation of a high-standard, quiet and exclusive five-star experience was not met for many of the guests, leading to overall mixed reviews.
