Apartamentos Spa Casco Histórico de Isla stands out as an exceptionally charming and tranquil retreat, ideal for those seeking serenity amidst picturesque natural surroundings. The favorable location offers guests stunning views over the valley and proximity to various tourist spots, though a car is recommended to fully explore the local area and nearby beaches. The efficiency and convenience of in-building parking further simplify the stay.
Guests consistently praise the cleanliness and maintenance of the spacious apartments, which are fully equipped to cater to different group sizes. These well-appointed accommodations, featuring large and comfortable beds, terraces with breathtaking views and essential amenities, ensure a pleasant stay. The friendly and attentive staff, particularly standout mentions for Bárbara, Javier and Mireia, enhance the overall experience with their exceptional service and clear communication.
The spa and game room facilities are highlighted as significant enhancements, offering a variety of relaxation and entertainment options. The jacuzzis and hot tubs in the rooms receive particular acclaim for contributing to the comfort and relaxation of guests. Unlimited access to the heated pool and multiple jacuzzis adds to the appeal, especially on rainy days.
While the pool area is generally appreciated, some guests note it feels smaller and can be crowded, particularly with noisy children. Issues such as wear and tear in the indoor pool and spa do not significantly detract from the overall enjoyment. Similarly, while the main beds often receive high marks for comfort, some guests find the mattresses too soft and the sofa beds uncomfortable.
In summary, Apartamentos Spa Casco Histórico de Isla is highly recommended for its blend of serene location, comprehensive amenities and high standards of cleanliness and comfort. The remarkable service and attention to detail make it a preferred destination for families and individuals alike seeking a tranquil and enjoyable getaway.
