Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Days Inn by Wyndham Phoenix North offers guests a practical and convenient lodging choice, praised for its strategic location and accessible amenities. Situated next to Highway 17 and near the I-17 and 101 highways, the hotel provides easy access to shopping areas, restaurants and key travel routes, making it an ideal spot for weekend stays and travelers needing proximity to the airport and main freeways. Guests appreciate the friendly staff and overall value for money.
The breakfast experience at the hotel is varied with guests noting the availability of simple but satisfactory options such as yogurt, bananas and homemade waffles. While some found the breakfast to be hearty and convenient for on-the-go needs, others felt it lacked variety and could benefit from better restocking and consistency.
Reviews of the rooms are generally positive, highlighting their cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort. Guests appreciate the good-size rooms, comfortable beds and the addition of amenities such as refrigerators and microwaves. While there are occasional reports of maintenance issues and difficulty regulating room temperature, the accommodations are generally well-received for offering a restful environment.
The hotel's cleanliness receives mixed feedback. Many guests commend the clean rooms, updated bathrooms and quiet surroundings, but some point out areas needing improvement, such as dirty carpets and stained towels. Despite this, the majority narrative shows progress towards maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Staff at Days Inn by Wyndham Phoenix North are frequently lauded for their friendliness and helpfulness. The team, especially at reception, is described as personable and efficient, contributing greatly to a positive guest experience. Efforts by night managers and morning staff to accommodate guests are particularly appreciated, although there are minor mentions of less enthusiastic service from some members.
The comfort of the beds is mostly praised with many guests reporting a good night's sleep thanks to the cozy beds and pillows. However, some find the beds too firm and the pillows lumpy, which can affect sleep quality for those preferring softer options.
In summary, Days Inn by Wyndham Phoenix North provides a convenient and practical stay with its strategic location, friendly staff and generally clean and comfortable rooms. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in breakfast variety and room maintenance, the overall experience is positive and satisfactory for guests seeking value on the outskirts of Phoenix.
