Bernstein's B&B enjoys a favorable location in the heart of the city, offering convenient access to local attractions and vibrant city life. Guests appreciate its central position, which facilitates exploration of nearby sites like the city's fun pool, complemented by accessible parking spaces. Despite minor challenges due to its proximity to a roundabout, the hotel's strategic placement overall enhances the guest experience.
The breakfast at Bernstein's B&B receives generally positive reviews. Guests applaud the plentiful buffet, which features a variety of cold cuts, cheeses, and staples catering to diverse tastes. The quality and flavor of the food are often highlighted, and the friendly, attentive staff further enhance the breakfast experience. Although some guests note the absence of warm dishes and a more diverse bread selection, the breakfast remains a satisfying start to the day.
Rooms are described as modern, comfortably furnished, and clean, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Guests appreciate the modern amenities and commend the welcoming ambiance supported by friendly and helpful staff. While certain facilities like the bowling alley and restaurant are closed, the availability of a delicious breakfast compensates for these closures. Overall, the combination of well-maintained rooms and polite service contributes to a pleasant hotel experience.
Cleanliness at Bernstein's B&B presents a mixed picture. Many guests praise the spotless rooms and spacious, modern bathrooms as contributing to a positive stay. However, persistent complaints suggest variability in maintenance and cleaning standards, with issues such as dusty carpets, mold in bathrooms, and broken amenities detracting from the experience.
The staff at Bernstein's B&B consistently receive high praise for their friendliness and professionalism. Both at reception and in the dining area, staff members are noted for their helpfulness and commitment to guest satisfaction. The attentive service adds to positive experiences, particularly during breakfast. A minor inconsistency in staff information received some mention, but overall, the team's dedication to enhancing each guest's visit stands out, with many extending special thanks for their efforts.
