Guests have frequently noted the limited number of parking spaces, both in the basement and outside the hotel. Parking spaces are often described as narrow, tightly packed and insufficient for the number of guests with some having to resort to parking at distant locations like the Rajhi Mosque parking lot.
Despite there being some availability at times, guests have reported that parking spaces are frequently full, leading to frustration and often long waits or the need to park far from the hotel. The parking facilities have been particularly criticized for being inadequate with a small number of spaces relative to the size of the hotel and the underground parking often packed to capacity.
In summary, while clean and free parking options exist, the limited and congested parking spaces can pose significant challenges for guests staying at the Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Al Naseem.
