They even helped get guests taxis. Although some guests had issues with the staff at the cafe downstairs being slow and disinterested, the majority of guests had nothing but positive things to say about the helpful and friendly staff. The staff's attitude and behavior were deemed the best ever and their professionalism was evident in the cleanliness and discretion of the hotel. Overall, Divani Escape' personnel was friendly, helpful and professional.
