Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category

Summarized by AI

The Zenia Hotel & Spa offers a mixed experience when it comes to its pool facilities. While the establishment boasts a clean and comfortable pool area, many guests have noted that the pool water tends to be quite cold, often described as icy or unheated. This has made it less inviting for those looking to have a relaxing swim. Nevertheless, the refreshing nature of the pool on particularly hot days has been appreciated by some visitors.

The overall SPA area, including Jacuzzi options, is generally enjoyed by guests, despite some functionality issues with certain Jacuzzis. The pool itself, though on the smaller side and sometimes reported as needing more thorough cleaning, remains a key feature along with plenty of parking and a location a bit out of town.

In summary, the hotel's pool and spa area offers potential for relaxation, though some improvements in water temperature and cleanliness could enhance the experience.
