Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Hotel promises a luxurious experience with its four-star rating, but the guest feedback suggests some areas for improvement to meet the expectations of such a standard. Reviews indicate that many guests found the prices for drinks at the hotel bar and restaurant to be excessively high, which seems disproportionate for a four-star establishment. Additionally, there are mentions of missing amenities such as courtesy water in the room and a coffee maker, which are typically expected in a hotel of this caliber.
Breakfast, an essential part of the hotel experience, was also pointed out as lacking; guests felt it did not align with the expectations set by the hotel's four-star rating. While the hotel provides a commendable setting for special occasions, like a silver wedding anniversary, it appears some details need attending to in order to fully satisfy its guests. The overall sentiment suggests that while Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Hotel offers a solid foundation for a four-star experience, enhancing its services and amenities would help align it with current four-star hotel standards.
