Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Eternal Wave by HappyInch in North Goa offers a pleasant blend of tranquility and convenience, making it a highly recommended choice for travelers. The property is ideally located near popular spots like Baga Beach and Calangute Beach, offering easy access to markets, restaurants and transportation while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. Many guests appreciate the quiet setting and the strategic proximity to attractions, providing an optimal balance of relaxation and activity.
The rooms at Eternal Wave are particularly praised for their spaciousness and luxurious feel, especially the 2BHK garden view apartments that come with ample living space and large balconies. The daily housekeeping ensures that rooms are generally neat and clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, there have been occasional reports of hygiene issues, such as dirty bedsheets and sightings of cockroaches, which suggest some inconsistencies in cleanliness standards.
Guests consistently commend the staff for their welcoming and helpful demeanor with several reviewers highlighting specific team members for their exceptional service. Early check-ins and late checkouts are often accommodated, adding to the positive experience. Despite a few instances of rude behavior, the overall sentiment towards the staff remains highly favorable, reflecting a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
The property also features a well-liked pool area that is particularly appreciated by families, although some guests noted that the pool's cleanliness could be improved. The ambiance created by the pool surroundings adds to the overall appeal of Eternal Wave as a relaxing getaway.
While the Wi-Fi service and TV entertainment options receive mixed reviews with some guests experiencing slow or unstable internet connectivity, the basic amenities provided generally meet guests' needs.
In summary, Eternal Wave by HappyInch offers a valuable combination of a prime location, spacious and well-maintained accommodations and dedicated staff service, making it a standout option for travelers seeking a balance of luxury and relaxation in North Goa.
