Despite having carpeted floors, pet owners found the hotel to be highly suited for dogs. For blind patrons and their guide dogs, the hotel was also very accommodating with its barrier-free rooms. While the hotel even features a pet rehabilitation center, some guests were not comfortable with the presence of dogs in the breakfast room and felt that this should have been made clearer.
