On the negative side, some guests experienced unpleasant smells in their room and some found the food limited and the reservation process for restaurants cumbersome. Additionally, there were no shuttles to get around town and taxi fares were expensive. Overall, guests enjoyed their experience at the hotel with the beach and pool being particular highlights.
