Rooms Hotel Tbilisi offers a fitness center that, while clean, is notably compact. The space is limited, and can get especially busy on Fridays or Saturdays when it attracts a crowd, leaving scant room for a workout. Although providing basic exercise equipment like small dumbbells, the gym is primarily set up to meet standard expectations rather than to impress. The area can feel a little cold at times and might benefit from some improvements to enhance the overall experience. While it's handy to have a gym available on-site, guests seeking extensive fitness facilities may find options elsewhere more suitable.
