Canelands Beach Club is a well-located accommodation option that offers comfortable, albeit small, rooms. The bedding is clean and staff are described as excellent. However, some rooms show signs of age and need updating with damaged cupboards, tired furnishings and peeling paint. Additionally, noise from the kitchen and reception can be heard in some rooms, which may disturb guests. The 'garden facing' rooms don't always offer garden views and can overlook a car wash or rubbish dump. Some rooms have problems with sliding doors, faulty aircon and unsafe electricals. Price-wise, some guests considered the accommodation overpriced. Nevertheless, some aspects of the rooms are appreciated, including the comfortable beds and picturesque sea views. Overall, guests would benefit from better room ergonomics, updated décor and improved soundproofing.
