Although some guests experienced a cultural disconnect with a few staff members, this was not the case with the majority who found the staff to be courteous, helpful and sociable. The concierge was a bit out of her space and the wait staff in the dining room appeared overwhelmed and short-staffed. Despite these small issues, the staff at the Bar Harbor Inn and Spa were outstanding, attentive and responsive to all requests and safety protocols, making for a truly great experience.
