Guests largely enjoy the breakfast and dinner offerings at the hotel. The breakfast buffet presents a good variety of options like cakes, breads, fruits, and scrambled eggs, with many guests finding it to be a great cost-effective choice. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant is equally praised for its delicious food, fair pricing, and comprehensive menu, allowing guests to enjoy meals without needing to leave the hotel's premises late at night.
The rooms are commended for their spaciousness, cleanliness, and comfort, with many visitors appreciating amenities such as air conditioning and comfortable beds, despite some reports of variability in bed quality and occasional maintenance issues. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, though occasionally remarked upon for needing improvement in specific areas, mostly receives positive feedback, with clean and well-organized spaces.
However, the hotel could benefit significantly from improving its Wi-Fi service, which has been reported as unstable and weak, sometimes impacting the guest's ability to stay connected reliably. Additionally, the parking area, while secure, lacks direct access to the hotel, which can be an inconvenience in poor weather conditions.
Overall, Itupeva Plaza Hotel presents a mostly positive experience for visitors, offering good value, comfort, and a strategic location, enhanced by attentive staff and appealing dining options. Addressing some minor service and maintenance issues could further elevate the guest experience.

Hotel ITR-SPA is largely celebrated for its various standout features, particularly in terms of comfort, cleanliness, amenities and service, making it a well-regarded option for travelers seeking a tranquil retreat. While its remote location on a picturesque hill offers serene views and a peaceful atmosphere, the isolation might be a drawback for those preferring closer proximity to city amenities. However, the hotel's closeness to popular local attractions such as Wet 'n Wild, Hopi Hari and Outlet Premium adds significant value.

The breakfast staff is noted for their friendliness and attentiveness, enhancing the overall positive dining experience. The rooms themselves are commended for their spaciousness, comfort and modernity with guests appreciating the clean and well-organized accommodations.
