The poolside bar was a hit with visitors, although others found it closed sometimes. Additionally, some reviewers suggested the hotel should expand pool hours and provide more poolside staff. Nonetheless, the pool was generally clean and beautiful and the only negative comments revolved around food quality and service at the snack bar adjacent to the pool. Overall, guests loved the hotel's beautiful pool area, which more than made up for the beach area that some visitors found unappealing.
