LBD Resorts & Hotels Kolkata offers a mixed experience when it comes to their swimming pool facilities. On the positive side, numerous guests have praised the pool for being clean, big and well-kept, describing the area as beautiful, spacious and peaceful. The pool layout received commendations and for many, relaxing by the pool was a pleasant surprise, making it a notable feature of the hotel. Some even noted the pool as a major attraction and found it to be worth the stay, especially for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
However, there are significant negative remarks as well. Some guests encountered the pool being out of service or closed without prior notice. Others found the pool water dirty, unhygienic or in need of maintenance with some reviews highlighting it as freezing cold, falling apart or even a safety risk. These mixed reviews indicate that while the pool has potential and can be a highlight for some guests, its inconsistent maintenance and operational issues could disappoint others.
