1.We deliver two group classes daily, morning and afternoon such as Power walk by the beach,Circuit training,Stretching, Aqua-gym.
The weekly program is balance with a wellbeing session classes of Taichi , Yoga and Meditation.
2.An a la carte wellness program with healthy lunch from our Chef, Detox and Healthy juices and Reviving massage is proposed to our guests.
