The Four Points by Sheraton Lévis Convention Centre receives high praise from guests, primarily for its prime location just off the Trans Canada Highway. This strategic positioning offers seamless access to Old Quebec City via a nearby ferry, making it convenient for travelers interested in exploring the historic sites without the hassle of city traffic and parking. The free parking provided by the hotel is an added bonus that enhances the travel experience. Additionally, its location caters well to those journeying along the East Coast.
Guests consistently commend the hotel's modern and meticulously clean environment. The spacious and comfortable rooms, equipped with high-quality amenities and soundproofing, facilitate a restful stay. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff further enrich the guest experience, with many visitors noting the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness. The hotel’s staff receive special recognition for their ability to provide personalized service and advice on local attractions.
While the breakfast offerings receive mixed feedback, with some guests desiring greater variety, the nearby restaurants and cafés help offset this by providing diverse dining options. The establishment's heated outdoor pool, although noted to be small, is a popular feature, especially for families. It serves as a relaxing space with pleasant surroundings, complemented by the hotel staff's courteous interactions.
The comfort of the beds is a standout aspect, with many guests highlighting their softness and quality, contributing to a gratifying sleep experience. However, minor mentions of firmer mattresses and thin bed covers suggest some room for improvement.
Overall, the Four Points by Sheraton Lévis delivers a strong experience characterized by its advantageous location, exceptional cleanliness, and consistent service quality, making it a preferred choice for travelers visiting the Lévis area. Despite minor areas for enhancement, such as breakfast variety and pool size, the hotel remains highly recommended for its convenience and comfort.

Hotel L'Oie des Neiges, strategically located off major highways, remains an ideal choice for travelers, business professionals and families alike. Its proximity to key routes, a gas station, various restaurants and attractions like Old Quebec and Orleans Island, provides great convenience. Despite its accessibility, the hotel maintains a tranquil atmosphere with minimal traffic noise.
Breakfast at Hotel L'Oie des Neiges generally receives favorable feedback for its quality and variety. The included meal offers a hearty and satisfactory start to the day, appreciated for its range of both hot and cold options. Some minor criticisms arose regarding cold or boxed breakfasts during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic and occasional issues with specific items. Nonetheless, for many, breakfast remains a solid and enjoyable component of the hotel experience.
The hotel's dining experience faces a significant challenge due to the closure of its on-site restaurant, attributed to the pandemic. This has led to guests seeking alternative dining options outside, often with mixed results. The staff do their best to mitigate this by offering recommendations, although not all suggestions meet guests' expectations. There have been calls for amenities such as fridges and microwaves in rooms to help guests navigate the limited dining options.
Rooms at Hotel L'Oie des Neiges are predominantly well-received for their spaciousness and cleanliness. Many guests appreciate large, comfortable beds and useful amenities like irons, microwaves and fridges. Despite a few observations about outdated furnishings and occasional noise from the highway-facing rooms, the general sentiment remains positive. Cleanliness is a standout feature with many guests describing their accommodations as spotless and well-maintained.
The hotel staff are widely praised for their friendly and accommodating service, notably contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Exceptional mentions include specific staff members who left a lasting positive impression. Despite some occasional lapses, overall feedback highlights the staff’s dedication to providing a pleasant guest experience.
Free Wi-Fi is available and generally considered reliable for basic use, though some guests encountered unstable connections, especially during video calls. Enhancements could be made to ensure more robust and stable internet access for all guests.
The spa and pool areas receive favorable feedback for their relaxing ambiance, cleanliness and range of facilities, including a sauna and whirlpool bath. While there are occasional complaints about cleanliness and operational issues, these do not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
Families find the hotel particularly accommodating, enjoying spacious rooms and the child-friendly pool. The hotel's welcoming staff and pet-friendly policy further enhance its appeal as a family destination.
The comfort of beds at Hotel L'Oie des Neiges garners mixed reviews. While many guests enjoy comfortable and clean bedding, some highlight issues with discomfort and outdated mattresses.
Despite its challenges primarily related to the temporary closure of its restaurant, Hotel L'Oie des Neiges successfully delivers a largely positive experience marked by its strategic location, spacious and clean rooms, helpful staff and family-friendly amenities.
