Summary of reviews

Summarized by AI

Sunnyglen Holiday Park is a well-regarded destination offering a delightful and charming setting for a peaceful retreat. Its prime location, close to Saundersfoot and Tenby, provides easy access to picturesque beaches and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the Pembrokeshire coastline.

Guests consistently praise the park's quiet and relaxing atmosphere, enhanced by clean and well-maintained caravans that provide a cozy and comfortable stay. The traditional summer camp vibe and excellent evening programs for children add a nostalgic charm and ensure that younger visitors are entertained. The onsite facilities are conveniently located and well-received.

Sunnyglen Holiday Park offers modern and spacious accommodations that cater well to families. Guests appreciate the cleanliness and functionality of the caravans, which come equipped with essential amenities. Although minor issues such as uncomfortable beds and occasional damp smells were noted, the overall consensus is positive with visitors valuing the large, well-appointed rooms and the convenience they provide.

Cleanliness at the park is generally commendable with many visitors highlighting the tidiness and well-kept nature of the property. Though some discrepancies exist, such as occasional issues with dampness and hygiene, the majority of guests find the park to offer a clean and enjoyable environment.

The staff at Sunnyglen Holiday Park are frequently praised for their friendliness, politeness and helpfulness, contributing significantly to the positive guest experience. From the reception to the bar and entertainment areas, the team is noted for their welcoming demeanor and exceptional service.

Entertainment at the park, particularly the programs for children, is a highlight that enhances the overall stay. However, the Wi-Fi service receives mixed reviews with many guests describing it as poor and citing additional charges for access. Mobile network reception is also limited, which may be a consideration for those needing reliable internet connectivity.

The park's pool, while popular and enjoyable for children, has received feedback on its temperature with many finding it too cold. Cleanliness and the state of surrounding facilities are areas where improvements could be made, although the heated feature is appreciated by families.

Parking at the park is generally considered convenient with spaces often close to accommodations. However, tight parking spaces and occasional issues with availability have been noted.

Overall, Sunnyglen Holiday Park is praised for its superb location, friendly staff, clean accommodations and family-friendly atmosphere. Despite some minor drawbacks, it remains a favored destination for those seeking a cozy and enjoyable holiday experience.
