The hotel is particularly favored by those who seek affordability and are willing to compromise on certain aspects for an overall convenient and comfortable experience in the bustling city.
The staff at Green Palace Colombo receive significant praise for their friendliness and helpfulness, playing a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Despite isolated incidents, most visitors find their interactions with the hotel staff to be pleasant, though there is room for improvement to ensure a consistently high standard of service.
When it comes to accommodations, the hotel offers a range of budget-friendly options. While many guests find the rooms clean and equipped with essential facilities, there are several areas that could benefit from enhancement. Some rooms feature spacious layouts with added conveniences, like nicely sized mirrors.
