The addition of parking facilities is a further convenience for those traveling by car.
The rooms at Hotel Perlatto are frequently praised for their spaciousness, comfort, and cleanliness. Guests highlight the ample space and comfortable beds, ensuring a restful and peaceful stay. While there are some concerns about room lighting and ventilation, the overall feedback is positive, with commendations for the value for money offered by the clean and well-maintained accommodations.
The hotel's staff is noted for delivering exceptional customer service, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The team is lauded for their friendliness and attentiveness, with specific mention of a receptionist named Angy, who enhances the guest experience with her delightful demeanor. While there are occasional critiques regarding responsiveness, the overall impression is of a dedicated team committed to guest satisfaction.
