The Aston Tavern provides a fantastic location for those attending an event at Villa Park, as it is only a short 5-minute walk away and offers free parking. It is also conveniently located near Aston station, making it easy to travel to Birmingham. The hotel is a great base for those attending the Commonwealth Games or visiting the Alexander stadium or Birmingham city. There is plenty of free parking available, although the location may be a little way out of town for some people. While the area around the hotel may not have much kerb appeal, the hotel itself offers great facilities and very helpful staff and the breakfast is great. However, some guests noted noise from the nearby road and industrial site. Regardless, this hotel is a perfect location for those visiting Aston Villa football club or Aston Hall.
