Verkshotellet Jørpeland stands out as a welcoming spot for dog owners, with its dog-friendly policies making it an especially recommended choice for those traveling with pets. The location is a highlight, conveniently situated near the harbor and offering easy access to walking areas, a bonus for guests with dogs. While the hotel is accommodating to dogs, there are additional fees for bringing a pet, which some guests feel should be reconsidered. The rooms can be snug, particularly when accommodating multiple people and a dog, sometimes leaving limited space for luggage. Despite this, the overall dog-friendly atmosphere is appreciated by visitors who prioritize traveling with their furry companions.

Nestled between Stavanger and the renowned Preikestolen, the hotel provides easy access to these destinations while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere despite being in an industrial area. The proximity to amenities and transport options enhances its appeal for travelers.
The breakfast at the hotel, described as a pre-packaged lunch bag, receives mixed feedback. While some guests appreciate its convenience, especially for early excursions, others feel it lacks variety. However, quality ingredients and the availability of complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day receive praise.
Guests generally find the rooms comfortable and well-maintained, with commendations for cleanliness and modern features. The cozy ambiance and quality beds contribute to restful stays. However, some rooms are smaller and lack amenities like air conditioning. The hotel’s communal areas and individual breakfast service add to its inviting vibe.
