The check-in process was smooth and the staff, especially Bjay at reception, went above and beyond to ensure the guests' stay was amazing. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner was also nice. The level of 5-star Taj hospitality was exceptional. Many guests have had a superb and beautiful stay, describing it as a luxurious experience worth every penny. The beachside location adds to the wonderful experience. However, some guests may have experienced a few shortcomings, but overall the hotel delivers excellent value for money. If you are planning on visiting Goa, the Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa is the best hotel to stay in for a fantastic, enjoyable stay.
