The breakfast offerings are excellent with a variety of options including cooked food, eggs made-to-order, pastries and fresh tropical fruit juice. The rooms are clean organized and well-appointed with working air conditioning and warm showers. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating, making guests feel comfortable and accommodated. The pool on the 8th floor is clean and well-maintained with stunning views. Although there were a couple of isolated incidents with bed bugs, the majority of guests found the beds to be extremely comfortable. Overall, FAYA Hotel is highly recommended for its welcoming and spotless atmosphere, friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.
