'IBIS STYLES Rouen Parc Expos Zenith' is conveniently located near the highway, making it easily accessible for travelers. Its prime location is ideal for those attending events at the convention center or the Zenith. Noteworthy is the kindness of the staff, which many find commendable. Despite this, the hotel may not fully cater to business travelers due to the absence of proper workspaces and an espresso machine. Rooms, while offering good value for money, are on the smaller side and the heating ventilation can be noisy. As a stopover hotel, it meets basic requirements effectively.
