The Executive lounge rooms offer great bonuses worth the extra cost. The beds are comfortable and the facilities are top-notch, though it's worth noting that you'll need to make reservations for the pool in advance and it closes too early for our liking. While there were a few hiccups (such as staffing shortages due to Covid-19 affecting the Executive check-in and lounge), overall this five-star hotel is a great choice for business use. Unfortunately, there were no charging stations for your electronic devices and some guests reported not having business-oriented tables and chairs. Keep your eye out for end-of-year restrictions on Executive lounge usage, as some guests were unaware of booking requirements. Overall, a great choice for business travelers.
