The hotel is situated on a picturesque point that provides convenient access to downtown Boothbay Harbor, which is just a short drive or a free trolley ride away. Guests love the location of the Inn, finding it perfect for exploring the local area. The property offers stunning views of the harbor and the sunset - right in front of the hotel. Guests can enjoy convenience and privacy with close proximity to town. The hotel offers kayak and paddleboard rentals, a free boat ride to see the Islands and picnic lunch options. Enjoy the lovely location and scenery and take advantage of the trails to hike. Overall, Spruce Point Inn Resort and Spa is a stunning venue that offers a fabulous location and beautiful grounds that are perfect for a magical getaway.

Despite limited housekeeping due to the pandemic, we were pleased with the cleanliness of our room. The amenities, cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were top-notch and the pools were pristine. However, some areas just outside the rooms were dirty and unkept and trash was not collected as often as it should have been. We believe that the staff should be sweeping the property daily to maintain its cleanliness. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but some guests mentioned the need for an update and a better maintenance regime to keep the hotel up to par.
