The Grand Hotel Del Mare Resort & Spa receives mixed reviews regarding its five-star rating, facilities, and services. While some guests praise the hotel's friendly staff, generous breakfast buffet, and beautiful views, others feel the property falls short of its five-star promise. Critics point to dated interiors and worn-down fixtures that do not align with the expectations for a luxury experience. The lack of services such as valet parking and certain fundamental amenities has also been noted, suggesting room for improvement in service standards. Despite its high price range, several guests believe the hotel does not offer sufficient value for money. Although some guests regard it as an excellent establishment worthy of its five stars, consistent feedback suggests that the hotel might better align with a four-star rating.
