Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel Quinta da Cruz & SPA boasts both indoor and outdoor pools that provide ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation. The outdoor pool is particularly appreciated for its spaciousness and well-arranged surrounding space, making it an attractive option for guests looking to unwind under the open sky. It's a great spot for kids and includes a mini pool just for them. Despite its excellent potential, guests mentioned that the outdoor pool needs some cleaning and maintenance. There have been comments about the pavement being slippery and some tiles coming off. Chlorine levels in the outdoor pool have also been noted to be excessive by some guests.
The indoor pool and its accompanying jacuzzi offer a heated option for cooler days, but many guests have remarked that the water temperature can be disappointingly cold. This has detracted from the comfort that one would expect from a heated facility. Maintenance appears to be an ongoing issue with feedback pointing to damaged tiles and equipment, as well as the need for the jacuzzi to have its lining urgently addressed.
Overall, while the pool areas at Hotel Quinta da Cruz & SPA present a great allure and have many positives, such as beautiful facilities and a pleasant atmosphere, they could benefit from enhanced upkeep and more consistent heating, especially in the indoor pools, to fully meet guest expectations.
