Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Wellness & Spa Hotel ACD offers an overall positive experience, particularly praised for its excellent location. Guests appreciate the hotel's proximity to the beach, the harbor and the city center of Herceg Novi. The property’s cleanliness and modern amenities, including the gym and spa, contribute to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, making it a convenient and scenic base for exploration and relaxation.
The breakfast at Wellness & Spa Hotel ACD receives high marks for its variety and quality, featuring a good selection of both hot and cold foods. Guests note the friendly and attentive service during breakfast, although a few find the choices limited and some items needing improvement. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant is also well-regarded with delicious meals, excellent service and good value for money.
Rooms at the hotel are generally spacious, clean and equipped with modern amenities. Guests enjoy the comfortable beds and the addition of balconies in some rooms. However, there are mentions of variability in room conditions with some requiring updates and better maintenance. Cleanliness across the hotel is commended, despite occasional lapses, such as unclean carpets and stained towels.
The staff at Wellness & Spa Hotel ACD are frequently praised for their exceptional service, friendliness and professionalism. The reception team, particularly Ms. Zorana, receives numerous compliments for their helpfulness and supportiveness, enhancing the overall guest experience.
The hotel's free and convenient parking is a significant advantage, particularly for motorcyclists, though the limited space in the parking lot can sometimes pose challenges. The rooftop pool offers a pleasant spot with stunning views, despite occasional issues with water quality and availability.
The hotel’s Wi-Fi connectivity, however, is a significant downside with many guests reporting weak and unstable connections, especially in rooms. The wellness and spa facilities receive mixed reviews; while some guests enjoy the amenities, others are disappointed by the limited availability and maintenance issues.
Overall, Wellness & Spa Hotel ACD provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay, particularly for those valuing its location and friendly service. However, it falls somewhat short of the four-star expectations in certain areas, suggesting room for improvement to meet higher standards consistently.
