The Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel offers a range of facilities including a gym and pool which were highly praised by most guests. Many mentioned that they were extremely clean, warm and not too crowded. However, some guests found the pool area tired and in need of renovation and there were problems with the pool during some stays. The pool area includes a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi which were a welcome added bonus for guests. Families can enjoy swimming together as the family swim starts from 0745 and lasts until 1945. Some guests found it inconvenient that gym and pool facilities were closed by 7 pm, while others criticized the unprofessional staff at the pool desk. The changing rooms were also outdated in the 1970s style. Some guests were disappointed to find extra charges for towels and no padlock for the lockers. Despite some issues, most guests enjoyed the lovely and spacious pool, commenting on how nice and warm it was with some even saying it was the highlight of their stay.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Tudor Park Country Club offers a pool experience that receives a mix of positive and constructive feedback. Many guests highlight the pool as a standout feature, describing it as nice, clean, heated and fantastic. Families, in particular, appreciate the pool environment, citing its family-friendly nature and suitability for young children.
The accompanying facilities, including the sauna, steam room and overall leisure center, are often praised and contribute to a pleasant experience. The pool is seen as lovely and an inviting setting, making it a popular spot among guests who also enjoy the spa and gym areas.
However, there are some points of contention. Some guests felt the pool was basic or too small with complaints about overcrowding, especially during children's swimming lessons and mother and baby sessions. Issues such as the occasional lack of heating, the shallow depth and the need for tile repairs were mentioned. The regular use of the pool for children's activities sometimes limited its accessibility for other guests, which led to disappointment for those seeking a more relaxing or uninterrupted swim.
Overall, while the pool and associated facilities at Tudor Park offer enjoyable experiences for many, potential visitors should be aware of the high usage and occasional maintenance issues.
