Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel Zum Ochsen's pool area has generally received favorable feedback from guests. The pool is frequently described as very pleasant, nice and beautiful with some guests emphasizing that it was superb and an excellent feature of their stay. The indoor pool, coupled with the well-equipped sauna and extensive garden with sun loungers, adds to the serene and relaxing experience offered by the hotel’s wellness area.
However, the pool's size and temperature drew mixed reactions. Some guests noted that the pool is on the smaller side and occasionally crowded with not always enough sun loungers available. A few reviews mentioned that the water is quite cold, which may deter those sensitive to lower temperatures. Despite these points, many appreciated its availability and the overall well-being facilities, highlighting the practicality of having such amenities after a long journey.
The spa area, in general, is well-regarded, offering a cozy dining room, an appealing terrace and a rich selection of treatments. The lack of an outdoor area in the sauna and no service in the swimming pool/sun lounger area were minor drawbacks for some.
The hotel is also praised for its beautiful location, contributing to a tranquil and comfortable stay that complements the wellness benefits of the pool and spa facilities.
