Summarized by AI
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago North Shore - Niles features an indoor pool that garners mixed reviews from guests. Many guests praise the pool for being nice, clean and well-maintained with several highlighting the working heating system and pleasant experiences their families had using it. The pool area is appreciated for its cleanliness and the overall positive ambiance it offers, making it a valued amenity for exercise and leisure.
However, some reviewers note that the pool can sometimes appear dirty or cloudy with occasional issues like dirty towels being left around. A few guests were disappointed with limited pool hours and mentioned the water being colder than expected. Size also seems to be a point of contention with many describing the pool as small, though still functional and heated.
